I AM RODRIGO FERNANDINI, A CULINARY ARTIST BORN IN THE VIBRANT CITY OF CHICLAYO, PERU, A PLACE WHOSE RICH TRADITIONS AND FLAVORS HAVE DEEPLY SHAPED MY IDENTITY AS A CHEF. MY PASSION FOR GASTRONOMY LED ME TO THE PRESTIGIOUS LE CORDON BLEU SCHOOL IN LIMA, WHERE I PERFECTED MY TECHNIQUE AND DEVELOPED A DEEP RESPECT FOR THE CULINARY ARTS. OVER THE LAST DECADE, I HAVE PERFECTED MY SKILLS IN THE KITCHENS OF RENOWNED MICHELIN-STARRED RESTAURANTS, EXCLUSIVE GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES, AND MY OWN RESTAURANT IN NEW YORK, ARTESANO.
WE WANT TO LEAVE A LASTING FAMILY LEGACY. WE BELIEVE IN THE INNER STRENGTH TO CREATE A POSITIVE CHAIN REACTION IN OTHERS AND FULFILL OUR DREAMS AS A FAMILY THAT TAKES RISKS, INVESTS, AND GROWS. RETURNING HOME WAS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE THIS A REALITY. THAT IS WHY WE WANT TO OPEN OUR FIRST RESTAURANT IN PERU.
